Inec Swears In 9 New Resident Electoral Commissioners
On Wednesday August 16 2017, The Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, swore in nine new Resident Electoral Commissioners. This brings the total RECs sworn in by the Commission this year to twenty-three (23). Out of the 9 Commissioners, five have been reappointed for a second and simpulan term while the remaining four are new appointments.
